The Advisor leads the student journey — translating aspirations into a clear, personalized roadmap and ensuring every deliverable meets TNCAS standards.

• Primary role is advising
• Consultation with both parents and students to level set to maximize the students' interests, aptitude and long-term goals
• Curriculum guidance
• Developing and editing the profile and transforming it to a resume
• Focused profile development including curriculum, career-oriented job shadowing, overseerships, research and extracurricular activities
• Coordinate the necessary collateral ready for college applications
• Assign and introduce the team — Creative Writing and Test Prep
• Develop the roadmap including major, college selection and unique scholarship activities for recommended programs
• Coordinate activities with the Creative Writer and Test professionals
• Monitor the quality of TNCAS deliverables — college applications
• Keep parents abreast of all advising, activities and student progress

The Creative Writer partners with the Advisor to craft authentic, program-specific essays and shape the student's voice for every application.

• Support the student in the college applications process — all essays and addressing specific requirements for the recommended programs
• Work with the Advisor as a team on all TNCAS deliverables for the service level
• Guide the student on recommendation requests

Backend Support keeps the engine running — handling everything from scheduling and billing to marketing and events so advisors can focus on students.
